Land Acquisition is an integral part of our program is utilizing Infill lots within the city limits of Seattle. Infill lots take advantage of existing infrastructure and reduce the need to develop virgin sites in suburban and rural areas. We direct our subcontractors to salvage and recycle the structures we demolish.
